The role of a Recruitment Consultant!
A recruitment consultant is responsible for helping employers (clients) to recruit
staff for job vacancies. These vacancies can be permanent or temporary roles,
and can range of junior level staff right up to Managers and Directors.
The key to being a recruitment consultant is developing an understanding of your client’s requirements and then identifying potential staff (candidates) through existing contacts or by advertising roles or head hunting.
