Lunctimes are ideal for interviwing candidates in their lunch break. Interview 2 candidates, one of them is good but the other was a waste of time.

Grabbed a sandwich and rang around my Clients for feedback to the interviews I had organised yesterday, yipee I have done a deal. Get up and ring the big bell in the office and everyone claps and cheers!

Just time to do some admin, you know references and CRB checks! Boring but necessary. One of my candidates has had a counter offer so spend some time counselling them and negotiate a better deal with the Client. I then spend some time adding the latest positions onto our website so that I can capture anybody looking for a job this evening. My last interview arrives late at 5.45.
